Purchases delivered on-line Will be delivered within 1-24 working hours after order is received (M-FMountain Time USA, GMT-7).  

Purchased requiring shipping  

Will be Shipped within 5 working days and expected arrival will be within 2 weeks and shipped via UPS. 

The Success Connection's refund policy for events and products is as follows:  

All Live Seminars and Retreats - Refunds/Cancellations 

 A refund is available if you fax or e-mail a request for a refund to The Success Connection which must be received no later than 90 days prior to the event. Any cancellation within 90 days of the event will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. A credit equal to the amount owed under this agreement less any cancellation fee is available if you fax or e-mail a request to The Success Connection which must be received no later than 30 days after this event. This credit can be used toward any other product or event within one year of this event. The fax number for refunds or credits is. The e-mail address is: Success@TheSuccessConnection.org. NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR REQUESTS MADE AFTER THESE DEADLINES AND ANY FEES PAID WILL BE FORFEITED.  

Subscription Products 

Subscription products, Coaching, DVD’s, CD’s or Printed materials are sold pursuant to the length of the contracted program. In the event any monthly subscription product or mailed product is damaged or defective, a replacement will be provided Contact Success@TheSuccessConnection.org.

Other Products
