The Success Connection's refund policy for events and products is as follows: All Live Seminars and Retreats - Refunds/Cancellations A refund is available if you fax or e-mail a request for a refund to The Success Connection which must be received no later than 90 days prior to the event. Any cancellation within 90 days of the event will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. A credit equal to the amount owed under this agreement less any cancellation fee is available if you fax or e-mail a request to The Success Connection which must be received no later than 30 days after this event.
